摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定合成过程中抗氧剂GS和中间体双酚E含量,快捷监控反应进程。在Watersμ-porasil(10μm,3.9i.d×400mm)色谱柱上,以正己烷/乙酸乙酯/异丙醇=99.5/0.4/0.1为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,紫外检测波长为278mm,产品GS和中间体双酚E实现了基线分离,GS和双酚E分别在0.4987-2.4935mg/ml,0.1026-0.5130mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r为0.9997和0.9999),回收率分别在99.2-100.7%,98.5-99.8%之间,重复性试验相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.61%和1.0%。该方法操作简便、分析速度快、重复性好。High Performance Liguid Chromatography (HPLC) had been developed for the quantitative determination of antioxidant GS and bisphenol E in synthetic reaction on a steel column( 3.9-400mm) packed with μ-porasil(10μm) with a mobile phase of mixture of n-hexane, ethyl acetate and 2-propanol(99.5: 0. 4: 0. 1 ) and UV detection at 278nm. Product GS and intermediate bisphenol E were separated successfully. Linearity of GS and hisphenol E were achieved over the range of 0. 4987 to 2. 4935 mg/ml (r=0. 9997) and 0. 1026 to 0. 5130mg/ml (r=0.9999) respectively. Recoveries ranged from 99.2% to 100.7% and 98.5% to 99.8% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.61% and 1.0%. The method was simple, rapid and reproducible.
