摘　　要：存储局域网(StorageAreaNetwork,SAN)以其自身的优势越来越多的应用在企业数据存储领域.目前主流的SAN包括采用FC(FibreChannel)协议的FCSAN与采用IP(InternetProtocol)协议的IPSAN.FCSAN存在价格昂贵,互操作性差等不足;IPSAN虽然价格低廉,但IP协议本身并不适合于传输存储I/O数据.为了克服这些不足,本文探讨了一种用VIA(VirtualInterfaceArchitecture)协议替代IP协议的VIA-SAN,并通过实验分析比较了VIA协议相对于IP协议的性能优势.SAN （Storage Area Network） is being widely used as enterprise data storage for its advantage. Currently, the main product of SAN includes FC SAN and IP SAN. Building the FC SAN is a very high cost project and there are also interoperability problems. IP is not very suit for transferring storage I/O data. To overcome the shortcoming, a VIA-SAN is designed by using VIA protocol replace the IP protocol. The experiment and analysis indicate that the VIA is more excellent than IP in data transfer.
