摘　　要：巴曲抗栓酶能降低血中纤维蛋白原的含量,临床上可用于预防和治疗血栓形成及相关疾病。通过对近年的有关文献进行分析总结,对巴曲抗栓酶的临床应用和动物实验研究的新进展进行了综述。Defibrase is a plasma-clotting agent for fibrinogen and for the detection of fibrinogen degradation products. Clinically, defibrase has been used to prevent and treat thrombosis and the related diseases. In this paper, the new progresses are reviewed in the development of animal models of human disease and the clinical use of defibrase.
