摘　　要：本文分析了影响国家图书馆中文图书外借工作中读者心理的情绪因素、需求因素、违规因素、环境因素和图书馆馆员自身素质等因素,探讨了学生群体、务工群体、教学科研群体和离岗人员群体等读者的外借心理以及对外借行为的影响,并针对不同情况提出了相应的对策与方法。In this article the effects of the readers＇ mentation in national library of China, as reader＇s emotion and requirement, the library environment, the librarians＇ character was analyzed. This article also discusses the effects of delivery activity caused by the mentation of different readers as students, works, researchers and retiree, and provides method to each kind of people.
