摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗能否提高有害气体中毒者的血清纤维连接蛋白(FN)水平。方法:采用火箭免疫电泳法对66名急性有害气体中毒患者HBO治疗前后的血清FN进行测定,并与96名健康志愿者作对照。结果:急性有害气体中毒时,血清FN含量急剧下降,与正常对照组比较,经t检验差异非常显著(P<0.05~0.001)。HBO治疗后,血清FN迅速回升至正常水平。对照组经HBO治疗后,血清FN水平也明显升高。结论:HBO治疗不仅使急性有害气体中毒者血清FN水平明显升高,也能使健康者血清FN提高。提示HBO治疗对促进血清FN的主动恢复具有重要意义。Aim:Fibronectin(FN)has many biological activities. Severe trauma,burns,infection and harmful gases poisoning may cause a marked drop of the serum FN Ievel.This study was to verify whether hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)treatment can raise the serum FN level in acute harmful gases poi- soning patients. Methods:Rocket immune electrophoresis technique was used to detect the serum FN levels in 66 acute harmful gases poisoning patients before and after HBO treatment and were compared with a control group of 96 healthy volunteers;at the same time,creatine phosphate kinase(CPK)was determined by routine method.Differences between groups were tested with the t-test.Results:In a- cute harmful gases poisoning patients,serum FN remarkably dropped, while serurn CPK obviously ele- vated.When compared with the controls,the differences were significant(moderate poisoning P< 0.05,severe-poisoning P<0.001).After a week′s HBO treatment,the serum FN quickly returned to normal,and so was serum CPK,There was a negative correlation of the change between FN and CPK(r=-0.534 ),After HBO treatment,serum FN of the 96 healthy volunteers was also elevated and maintained at a relatively high level.Conclusion:The above findings suggest that HBO treatment can elevate serum FN not only in acute harmful gases poisoning patients but also in healthy persons.These findings indicate that HBO treatment has significant effect for the active recovery of serutn FN.
