摘  要:目的:观察三种复温方法对体温过低兔的效果及低温复温时血清肌酸激酶(CK)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响,同时探讨电磁局部高热在复温中的应用价值。方法:随机选择28只家兔浸于冷水中使其平均直肠温度降至25.6℃,随后以三种不同方法复温至直肠温度35℃。结果:复温方法平均耗时为:温水浴法75分钟,电磁局部高温法89分钟,自然复温法471分钟;血清CK、LPO含量在低体温期增加,复温后上升更加明显。结论:电磁局部高温法是一种简便、快速的复温方法;血清CK、LPO的增加说明体温过低对组织有一定损伤,表现为组织细胞的抗氧化能力减弱。Aim:To observe the effect of three different rewarming methods on the contents of cre- atine kinase(CK)and lipid-peroxide(LPO)in serum during rewarming in hypothermia rabbits,and to verify the usefulness of electromagnetic regional hyperthermia method during rewarming. Methods:28 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. All the animals were cooled by ice water immersion to a stable rectal temperature of25.6℃ and each group of animals was then rewarmed with the following re-warming methods:(1)warm bath(40℃)with trunk immersion but spare the limbs.(2)electromag- netic induced hyperthermia device with the animals placed in the center of a cylindrical electrode.(3)spontaneous rewarming with the animals wrapped up in thermoprotective thick hlanket.Rexults:The mean time required for rectal temperature rewarming to 35℃was 75 min for warm bath,89 min for electromagnetic hyperthermia and 471 min for spontaneous rewarming method.Serum CK,LPO were increased during low body temperat ure period and were found further increased after rewarming. Con- clusion:Electromagnetic regional hyperthermia is a simple,quickaction method for the treatment of immersion hypothermia and it can be carried out easily on the scene;therefore it is considered superior to other methods. The increase of CK and LPO in serum showed that there was tissue injury and de- creased antioxidation capacity of cells during low body temperature period.
