摘 要:目的:对多层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)的扫描及重建技术进行系统研究,优化不同部位CTA的最佳扫描参数,并比较多种后处理软件的应用价值。方法:102例病人随机分为3组,分别接受3种不同的扫描方法:循环时间测定、智能启动、直接延时扫描确定扫描延时时间。应用多平面重建,最大密度投影,表面遮盖重建及容积漫游技术(VRT)等功能软件进行重建及评价。结果:本组100例血管显示清晰,满足CTA重建要求,CTA检查成功率达98%。其中图像质量良好以上比例占93%。100例中检查部位血管正常7例,异常93例。结论:CTA是一种安全、简便、可靠、无创的检查技术,扫描参数以循环时间测定法最为准确可靠,VRT重建的图像效果最满意。Objective: To optimize parameter setting of CT angiography(CTA) in various parts of body and to compare the applying value of different data processing software, by systematically study the techniques of scan and reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CTA. Methods: One hundren and two patients were divided into 3 groups at random. Different scanning techniques were applied to different group: group 1 was received CTA examination with ‘test bolus' delay time; ‘bolus tracking' delay time in group 2; ‘direct delay time' in group 3. Techniques such as multiple planar reformat, maximun intensity projection, shaded surface display, volume rendering technique(VRT) were used during reconstruction and evaluation. Results: Of 100 patients, the displayed blood vessels were clear enough for CTA reconstruction. The success rate of CTA was 98% (100/102). Among images acquired by reconstruction, 93% were of good quality. Among these 100 patients, 93 patients' blood vessels were detected abnormal, while normal in 7. Conclusion: CTA is a safe, simple, non-invasive and reliable examination technique. Scan parameter got through ‘ test bolus' is more accurate than others, while images acquired by VRT reconstruction are of the best quahty.
