摘　　要：海岸带是人类了解和开发海洋的前沿地带和社会经济发展枢纽区。本文通过分析山东海岸带资源环境特点、开发、现状与潜力,结合近十年来该地区的经济发展、自然与人为因素对资源环境的影响等,说明海岸带环境与人文社会的相互关系,进而探讨影响海岸带经济可持续发展的重要因子和限制因素,并简要提出应对措施与建议。Coastal zone is the primary foreland where human being had began to utilize sea and ocean. It also the hinge area of human ecology and economy society. Integrating with history, actuality and potential future of coastal resources usage, this paper analyses the characteristics of coastal resources and environments in Shandong Province, illuminates nature and artificial degradations in last decade, explores the relation between coastal environment and human activities, discusses the most impressing factors to coastal sustained development in future, and as a result of some concise measures and suggestions.
