人文社会科学研究历史转折中的高校文科学报

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,我国的人文社会科学研究出现了空前的繁荣局面,高校人文社会科学学报应当把握学术界建设新的学术规范的时机,全面反思学术制度因素和传统惰性因素贻误自身发展的历史经验,从中国人文社会科学学术发展的理论高度,把学报当作高等教育和科学研究的重要资源来负责任地对待。高校学报要以全球化的学术视野策划全新的办刊理念,果断地整顿编辑队伍,从制度上保证学报向学术界平等开放,实现学报媒体资源的共享,把高校学报带出当前的困难境地。The 1990s witnessed unprecedented prosperity of humanities and social sciences studies in China. Seizing the opportunity when new academic norms are reformulated, college liberal arts and social sciences journals should reflect comprehensively on their institutional factors and long - established inertia that hindered their own development, and take journals more seriously as an important resource of higher education and scientific research which will promote Chinese humanities and social sciences development. Taking the global research context into consideration, college liberal arts journals should change their guiding principles, reorganize their editorial forces resolutely in order to guarantee fairness at the institutional level, and ultimately make the journals the medium shared by all researchers and institutions concerned. This is the only way out of their difficult situation.
