摘 要:用-OH和-COOH末端基的超支化聚酯为稳定剂,辅以含磷表面活性剂脂肪醇乙烯基醚磷酸盐(MOA-3PK),经紫外光还原硝酸银制备了超支化聚酯包覆的纳米银粒子,平均粒径为(7.7±0.5)nm,粒径分布在3~19 nm范围内.用紫外-可见光吸收光谱、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、电子衍射、X光电子能谱及傅立叶红外光谱(FI-IR)等测试技术表征了所制备的纳米银粒子晶体.对比实验表明,无超支化聚酯或无MOA-3PK都不能制备高度分散的纳米银粒子,表明超支化聚酯与MOA-3PK的组合对光还原反应过程中纳米银生长起非常重要的稳定作用.Hyperbranched polyester-encapsulated silver nanocrystals with a particle size of 3 - 19 nm, averaged size being (7.7 ± 0. 5 ) nm, were prepared by ultraviolet irradiation of silver ions in the mixture of --OH and -COO H groups functionalized hyperbranched polyester and P-containing surfactant(MOA-3PK). The silver nanoparticles were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction technique, UV-Vis spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy. Controlled experiments show that non-aggregated silver nanoarticles could not be prepared without either hyperbranched polyester or P-containing surfactant, indicating the important role of the combination of hyperbranched polyester with P-containing surfactant in stabilizing silver nanoparticles during the photoreduction.
