摘 要:在惰性气氛中由取代反应合成出富勒烯金属配合物C60Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2),采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、光电子能谱以及X射线粉末衍射等测试技术对产物进行了表征。研究了产物的氧化还原性能及热稳定性能。在光电化学电池中测定了C60Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2)在GaAs电极上形成n+n型异质结的光伏效应。结果表明,产物具有优良的光电转化性能,尤其是在I3-/I-介质电对中,光生电压最大达到95 mV;当C60Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2)薄膜厚度为1μm时,光伏效应值最大。C60 Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2) complex was prepared in inert atmosphere via replacement reaction and characterized by mean of elemental analysis, IR, electronic spectra, XPS and XRD methods. The redox properties and thermostability of the tide complex were studied, moreover the photovoltaic effect for C60 Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2 ) complex to form n + n heterojunction on a GaAs electrode in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated. The result shows that I3^-/I^- is the best redox couple in the photoelectroehemical cell. The photovoltaic property of C60Pd (Ph2 POCH2 CH20PPh2 )-GaAs electrode at 1 μm for thickness of C6o Pd(Ph2POCH2CH2OPPh2) film is the best.
