摘  要: 研究了不同浓度的NaCl、MgCl2、AlCl3、NaNO3、Na2SO4和NaBr等电解质对解脂假丝酵母吸附铬的盐效应.吸附动力学表明,阴离子相同时,低浓度的Na+、Mg2+对吸附有促进作用,而Al3+在实验设定的浓度范围内对吸附均有抑制作用,盐效应顺序为Al3+>Mg2+>Na+.阳离子相同时,低浓度的Cl-对吸附有促进作用,而Br-、NO-4对吸附均有抑制作用,盐效应顺序为3、SO2-Br->NO-4>Cl-.生物吸附过程的盐效应可能与阳离子的半径以及与配位体所形成的配3>SO2-合物的稳定性有关,也可能与菌体表面带正电荷的官能团与阴离子之间的静电作用有关.The influence of different concentration of NaCl, MgCl2, AlCl3, NaNO3, Na2SO4 and NaBr electrolytes on the biosorption of chromium by Candida lipolytica was studied. The result indicated that Na^+ and Mg^2+ in lower concentration had positive action on biosorption, but Al^3+ was on the contrary. The order of salt effect of cations on the studied system is Al^3+〉Mg^2+〉Na^+. With the same kind of cations, only C1- in lower concentration can stimulate the biosorption. The order of salt effect of anions on the studied system is Br^- 〉 NO3^- 〉 SO4^2- 〉 Cl^-. The salt effect of biosorption process might be related with the radii of cations and the stability of chelates, maybe also related to the interaction between anions and functional groups which had positive charge.
