摘  要:目的:探讨珍珠梅提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠的保护作用。方法:60只Wistar大鼠随机分正常组、模型组(ScD-半乳糖48 mg/(kg.d)、人参皂苷组(100 mg/kg,ig,D-半乳糖48 mg/(kg.d)、珍珠梅大、中、小剂量组(200,150,100mg/kg.ig,ScD-半乳糖48 mg/(kg.d),连续40 d。用比色分析法测定大鼠大脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)、单胺氧化酶(monoamine oxidase,MAO)的活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化。结果:珍珠梅提取物可提高D-半乳糖所致大鼠脑组织SOD活性、降低MDA含量,抑制MAO活性;电子显微镜观察到珍珠梅提取物可以减轻D-半乳糖导致的线粒体等超微结构的改变。结论:珍珠梅提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠具有保护作用。Objective, To study the anti-senile effect of Sorbaria sorhifolia extract on D-galgctose induced subacute senile in rats. Methods:60 Wistar rats were randomly into normal group, model group (sc D-galactose, 48mg/(kg·d), Sorbaria sorbifolia groups (0. 10,0. 15,0.20 g/kg,ig,sc D-galactose 48 mg/kg·d). After 40 days, the activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetrie the activities of SOD, MAO and the content MDA were measured with colorimetric method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. Results: Sorbaria sorbi folia extract significantly increased the activity of SOD in brain tissue, decreased the content MDA, inhibit the MAO activity. It was observed under microscope that Sorbaria sorbifolia could retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. Conclusion:Sorbarfa sorbifolia extract have anti-senile effect on D-galgctose induced subacute senile in rats.
