高效液相色谱法测定妇科止带胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立妇科止带胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Alltima C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸-十二烷基磺酸钠(50:50:0.1),检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为室温.结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.099 8～1.0978μg检测浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为101.31%(RSD=1.31%).结论:该方法快速简便,结果准确,可以用于妇科止带胶囊的质量控制.Objective：To establish an HPI.C method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fukezhidai capsules. Methods： Alltima C18 was used as the column , and the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4-sodium laurylsulfonate （50 ： 50 ： 0.1） with a flow rate of 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results：There was a good linearity at the range of 0.0998～1.0978μg of berberine concentration （r=0.9999,n=6）. The average recovery was 101.31% with RSD 1.31%（n=6）, Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive with good repeatability.
