摘　　要：目的:建立板蓝根注射液中靛玉红的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,固定相为AHTC C18柱,以0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠-甲醇(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm。结果:靛玉红平均回收率为97.35%,RSD为1.49%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可作为板蓝根注射液中靛玉红的含量控制方法。Objective：To establish an accurate method for determination of indirubin in Radix Isatidis Injection. Methods： A spyerisorb C18 column （4.6 mm×2.5 mm,5μm） was used as the analytical column and 0.02 mol·L^-1 Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate-methanol （25：75） as the mobil phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The mean recoveries for indirubin was 97.35 %. Conclusion：The method was simple, accurate and suitable for assay of indirubin in the preparation.
