复方生肌膏抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方生肌膏的药理作用。方法:观察复方生肌膏对大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠炎性肿胀组织内前列腺素E2含量的影响,以观察该药的抗炎作用。结果:复方生肌膏对大鼠足跖肿胀有明显抑制作用,可显著降低大鼠炎性足跖中的前列腺素E2含量。结论:复方生肌膏具有明显的抗炎作用。Objective：To investigate the pharmacological action of compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration. Methods： To observe the anti-inflammation effects of compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration, we measure the changes of swelling induced in rat paw and amount of prostaglandin E2 in rat inflammatory edema issue after using compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration. Results： Compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration has remarkable inhibitory effect on swelling induced in rat paw; it can greatly reduce the amount of prostaglandin E2 in inflammatory edema plantar tissues of the rags hind paw. Conclusion：Compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration has significant anti- inflammation effect.
