半胱胺与金霉素对肉鸭的促生长效果及相关代谢激素水平影响的比较

摘　　要：240只1日龄肉鸭苗随机分成4个处理组,分别为高、低剂量半胱胺的2个试验组,每吨日粮加50克金霉素的金霉素组,使用基础日粮的对照组。结果表明:高、低2个半胱胺剂量组的增重效果均达到金霉素组的水平(P>0.05),但与对照组比,日粮中按80g/T使用的高剂量组差异显著(P<0.05),30g/T使用的低剂量组没有显著差异(P>0.05);血清中3种主要代谢激素活动增强,其中高剂量试验组类胰岛素生长因子IGF-Ⅰ水平显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。A total of 240 meat duck were randomly divided into 4 groups.Two levels cysteamine were added in meat duck diet,compared with the chlortetracycline group and the basal diet group.The result showed that the effect of promoting growth was same level between experimental groups and the chlortetracycline group（P〉0.05）,that have significant difference between high dose group（80g/T）and the basal diet group（P〈0.05）,and no significant difference between low dose group（30g/T）and the basal diet group （P〉0.05 ）.The performance of 3 main metabolic hormone were promoted,and IGF-Ⅰ in high cysteamine group was higher than that in other groups（P〈0.05）.
