摘　　要：抽真空在防止消失模铸造的塌箱上从未直接起到过积极作用,抽真空是通过大气压力使干砂紧实,而达到这一目的方法很多,且简单易行,因而抽真空可以取消,这样使该工艺的砂箱设计制造有更多的自由。Extracting vacuum＇s purpose is that it can prevent from EPC＇s collapse,which never played a positive role in it, extracting vacuum can compress sand tightly through atmospheric pressure ,and there are lots of method simple and feasible to gain ends, so it should be cancelled, hence more freedom for design and production of such sand box.
