摘  要:对AZ31B镁合金进行点焊工艺试验,并对不同工艺条件下获得的点焊接头进行了组织性能分析,在此基础上分析规范参数对镁合金点焊质量的影响规律,并确定出适合AZ31B镁合金点焊的工艺规范。试验结果表明:当焊接工艺参数为P=1500N,I=18000A,T=5周波时获得的焊接接头的金相组织为仅一侧有少量柱状晶其他是特细的等轴晶,且剪切力可达到1980N;本试验条件下,镁合金点焊接头拉剪断口宏观上为脆性断裂特征,在微观上为解理裂纹。Spot-welding process experiment was conducted for AZ31B magnesium alloy, the structures and properties of spot-welding joints in different process conditions were analysed. The effect rules of regular parameters on spotwelding quality of the magnesium alloy were analysed and the right technology processes for AZ31B magnesium alloy spot-welding were given. Experimental results show that,when the welding parameters P=1500 N, I=18000 A, T=5, a little amount of fine equiax columnar grains and others are the very fine equiaxial grains in metallograph in one side of welding joint were found and the shearing force of 1980 N was obtained where macroscopic brittle fracture and microscopic cleavage fraeture were observed.
