摘　　要：人事管理干部素质的高低是人事管理工作能否高效运转的关键。一个合格的人事管理干部必须具备良好的政治思想、全面的知识技能、高尚的道德修养和踏实的工作作风。Personal quality of personel administradors is the key whether the personel administration can be driven efficiently, As a qualified personel administrator heshould have characters such as： trig political thinking, comprehensive knowledge and skills, noble morality and steady working style and so on.
