二个不同海拔高度风心病心血管X线对照观测

摘　　要：本文对两个不同海拔高度１２０例男性风心病心血管Ｘ线有关参数进行对照观测。结果表明，右肺下动脉横径、肺动脉段突变、降支与毛管横径比值、心脏横径、心胸比率等五项参数随海拔高度升高而增加（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）。左心室厚度及右室宽度两项参数则相反。海拔愈高，上述参数变化愈快、幅度意大、症状重，预后相对较差．his study analysed the X-rays of 120 male patients with rheumatic heart disease at twodifferent high altitudes. The results showed that the diameter of right intrapulmonary artery,theprojection of pulmonary artery segment,the ratio of pulmonary discending branch to trachea andthe heart diameter were higher at higher altitude(P<0.01).The left heart thickness and the rightheart width were lower at higher aititude. The observation indicated that the X-ray changeswere more remarked at higher altitude.
