摘 要:研究了锰对男性生殖机能的影响。发现接触组精液量,精子密度及总数均低于对照组,精子畸形率比对照组高;接触组精浆锰含量高于对照组,而果糖、Zn、Cu、Mg、Fe、Ca含量低于对照组;接触组血精LH、FSH及血浆睾酮水平比对照组高,但上述观察指标组间差异不显著.Manganese may be detrimen-tal to the male reproductive system。To testthis hypothesis.semen quality and sex hor-mones were examined in a group of 34 maleworkers exposed to manganese and in 17 malecontrol subjects.The result showed that thesemen volume,sperm concentration andsperm count per ejaculate were lower and mal-formed sperm rate was higher in the Mngroup than in the control one The concen-tration of Mn in semen was hihger,fructose,Zn,Cu,Mg, Fe,Ca in semen were lower inthe Mn group than in the control one. Thelevel of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),interstitial cell-stimulating hormone(LH)and plasma testosterone( T) werehigher in the Mn roup than in the controlone.However,there were no significant dif-ferences between the control and Mn groupsin the result mentioned above.Therefore,noevidence indicaltes that present level of man-ganese exposure( 0.13 mg/m ̄3)can cause re-duced semen quality and functional distur-bance of reproductive endocrine.
