摘　　要：在分析基础设施投资需求构成的基础上,建立了相应的矩阵模型。并在对近十余年全国城镇人口和基础设施投资的数据进行统计分析和选取的基础上,按照一定的计算流程,通过拟合相关关系式、对原有基础设施投资(I0)进行估计、代入矩阵模型估算出未来的基础设施投资需求,从中得出了一些有价值的推论以供制定投资计划的决策者参考。The paper establishes a relevant matrix model on the basis of an analysis on the infrastructure investment demand. By analyzing the statistic data on the urban population and infrastructure investment in more than a decade, the paper estimates infrastructure, investment demand in the future by means of establishing relevant equality, conducting assessment of I0 and employing it in the matrix model. By this way, the paper makes some valuable deduction for the reference of investment plan decision-makers.
