摘  要:抽水蓄能机组工况多,转换复杂、频繁,其控制更加复杂。基于可编程控制器(PLC)的抽水蓄能双调整调速器,以PLC为调速器电气部分的核心单元,用步进电机作为电—液转换部件,与液压放大部分一起构成调速系统。该系统具有导叶、轮叶双重调节功能,控制策略采用变参数P ID控制,在水轮机调节和水泵控制两方面都具有良好的调节品质,安全可靠,维护工作量小。The control system for a pumped turbine is more complex than that for a conventional turbine because of its many operation cases and frequent transition between cases. The new on governor based PLC (programmable logic controller) for pumped turbines is proposed, which is composed of PLC as the core, the stepped motor as the electro-hydraulic transforming part and fluid drive unit. The governor features double regulation for the guide vane and the blade, and the adaptive variable PID control strategy. The laboratory experiments demonstrate that the developed governor has good performance in both turbine regulation and pump control, and that it is also highly reliable and easy to maintain.
