曲马多雾化吸入用于咽部术后镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究超声雾化吸入曲马多在咽部手术后镇痛的效果,寻找曲马多新的用药途径。方法将84例在全麻插管下行咽部手术的病人随机分为试验组(A)和对照组(B)。试验组雾化吸入曲马多100 mg加0.9%NS10 ml、对照组为0.9%NS 10 ml。采用McGill疼痛评分法评估吸入前后的疼痛程度,并测呼吸、心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度,记录首次进食时间。结果试验组雾化吸入曲马多15 min后疼痛减轻,30 min后达到稳定的镇痛效果,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01);首次进食时间试验组和对照组分别为6.50±1.44 h和9.32±2.42 h,有显著差异(P<0.01),镇痛期间生命体征平稳。结论曲马多超声雾化吸入镇痛效果好,是一种安全、有效、无创、简便的新的给药途径。Objective To investigate the analgesia of tramadol in ultrasonic spray in post-operative patients of pharynx. Methods 84 patients who received pharynx operation were divided into two groups. The study group （A） were gave 100mg tramadol and 0.9%NS 10ml in ultrasonic spray, the control group （B） were only gave 0.9%NS. Both of them were evaluated the analgesia by McGill methods, tested with RR,HR,MPA and SPO2,and recorded the first time to eat. Results The study group were less painful than the control group, after 15 minute and 30 minute （P〈0.01） the first time to eat in study group （6.50±1.4h） was shorter than that of control group （9.32± 2.42 h,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The methods using tramadol in the ultrasonic spray is safe, effective and harmless.
