全麻开胸术前三种肠道准备方法的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比果导片剂、开塞露和0.2%肥皂水在胸心外科术前肠道准备应用中的优劣。方法随机选择需进行开胸手术的病例共806例,分为A、B、C三组,分别使用开塞露、果导片、肥皂水进行术前肠道准备,观察肠道清洁的效果、术后对肠道功能恢复的影响,了解用药方法对病人的心理影响和接受程度。结果利用果导片剂进行手术前的肠道准备,患者比较容易接受,肠道清洁的效果比较满意,有利于病人手术后的肠道功能恢复,在用药的心理影响上,较少引起患者焦虑。结论果导片剂对开胸手术病人进行术前肠道准备效果优于开塞露及肥皂水。Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of three intestinalpreparation method by Guodao, Kaishelu and 0.2% soap solution for patients withthoracotomy. Methods 806 patients needed for thoraeotomy from Sept, 2002 to Sept 2004were randomly selected and divided into A,B and C group. Intestinal preparation was done byGuodao, Kaishelu and 0. 2% soap solution, effectiveness on psychology was observed. Recovery of intestine impetus and function after operation, cleanliness of intestine, acceptdegree were analyzed and compared among the three groups. Results Intestinal preparationby Guodao was accepted easily by patients. It has the effectiveness of intestinal cleanlinessand improving intestinal function recovery, and reducing the patiem＇s anxiety. Conclusion The effect of intestinal preparation by Guodao is better than that of Kaishelu for patientsbefore thoracotomy.
