摘 要:制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/纳米累托土(NCL)复合材料,讨论了NCL含量对PET/NCL复合材料透明性、形变和相变温度及气体阻隔性能的影响。结果表明,PET/NCL复合材料的加工工艺与普通PET相近,含3.0%NCL的PET/NCL啤酒瓶耐温可达90℃,对O2、CO2的阻隔性是普通PET瓶的3倍,用其灌装的啤酒保质期达4个月,可满足使用要求。The polyethylene-terephthalate (PET)/nanoclay (NCL) composite material was prepared, and the effects of the content of NCL on transparency, deformation and phase transition temperature as well as gas proofness of PET/NCL composite were discussed. The results showed that the process technics of PET/NCL composite were similar to that of ordinary PET and the beer bottle containing 3.0% NCL could endure 90℃. Its obstruction to O2 and CO2 was 3 times more than that of ordinary PET bottle. The quality guarantee period of beer canned by the PET/NCL beer bottle reached four months, which could satisfy the use requirement.
