摘  要:通过分析TRT透平机出力与高炉有效容积比、高炉炉顶压力、温度、高压阀组的控制参数、静叶的开度、VS喉口的压差等因素对高炉炉顶煤气余压回收透平发电的影响,找出了TRT能稳定和高发电量的参数.分析探讨了干式除尘和湿式除尘高炉煤气发电的特点,因温度高,干式TRT比湿式TRT发电量可增加30%~40%.结合宝钢高炉的实际情况,宝钢的TRT透平机出力与高炉有效容积比为4.0~4.3,通过调节高压阀组的控制参数和静叶开度,使输入给TRT透平机的压力和流量稳定,实现TRT满负荷和稳定运行.The ratio of TRT power output to volume of blast furnace, the influence of top gas pressure, temperature, working parameters of high pressure valves, pressure drop at VS nozzle on power output of top gas pressure recovery turbine were analyzed. The optimal parameters for stable work and high performance of TRT were found. The characteristics of power generation by dry and wet dedusting system are discussed. The gas temperature of dry dedusting system is higher than that of wet one resulting in increase of power generated by 30 %-40 %. At Baosteel, ratio of TRT power to volume of blast furnace is 4.0-4.3, and the gas pressure recovery turbine can generate electricity steadily in full load by optimization of working parameters. TRT on three blast furnaces generated power about 360 millions kW·h, or 35.2 kW·h/t pig iron in 2003, which was about 64.55% of power consumption per ton pig iron.
