摘　　要：本文通过对读者滞还图书现象的博弈分析,提出了比较合理的罚款制度和信誉银行制度,并在此基础上进行博弈分析,得出在上述两种制度的作用下,读者均由过期不还而改变自己的策略为到期或到期之前还书的结论。The paper analyses the phenomena of the books＇ returning stagnantly and draws the conclusion that the university libraries should build the rational fine and prestige banking system so that the readers return books before expiring.
