摘　　要：《人民日报》是我国报业的重要一员。它的信息量极大,涉及面极广,对我国各项事业的进程都有重要的影响。本文着力从解放前夕《人民日报》对图书馆的相关报道进行发掘,从中探究当年党中央对图书馆所采取的各种保护措施。People＇s Daily is a very important newspaper in our country. It contains a great amount of information and covers a wide field. It has made a great deal of influence on every cause of our country. It focuses on the coverage related to libraries on the eve of the liberation and probes into the Party Central Committee＇s protecting measures to libraries at that time.
