摘　　要：根据网络技术的发展需要,从计费系统的目标出发,介绍了综合业务宽带网络多策略计费的基本思想,根据影响网络计费的主要因素对计费单元和计费策略进行了讨论,提出了计算用户费用以及衡量用户和系统收益的方法,并结合实际工作介绍了综合业务宽带网络计费系统的设计与实现。According to the requirements of the network technologies developing and the targets of accounting system, This paper discusses the primary theories of multi-strategy accounting for integrative business broadband network basing on the main factors which effect network accounting.It advances the methods for computing the fee of users and scaling income of users and system＇s.At the end,the design and implementation of integrative business broadband network＇s accounting system based on the real work is introduced.
