基于DEA模型的地方政府公共事业管理有效性评价——对湖南省11个地级州市政府的实证分析

摘　　要：DEA模型运用于具有多投入、多产出以及评价对象多元性特征的地方政府公共事业管理绩效评价过程中,能对比相同职能的不同部门之间绩效的相对有效性。本文运用DEA模型对湖南省11个地级州市政府的公共事业管理绩效进行实证分析,得出了较为满意的结论。Date Envelopment Analysis model can compare the performance of different departments of the public business administration, which include many quantitative indexes, such as input and output. In this paper, we evaluate the public business administration performance of the 11 cities of Hunan province with DEA model and come to a pleasant conclusion.
