摘　　要：推进县域科技进步是地方科技工作的基础。本文根据浙江省科技强县建设的工作思路,应用系统科学的原理和方法,构建了一套以县域行政区划为界限的科技进步评价指标体系,并以数理统计及数据挖掘的相关技术手段为基础,探索一种目标管理、动态评价的县域科技进步测评方法。Promoting technology progress in count -based region plays an important role in the improvement of regional technology. Based on the practice for building up S＆T -based count in Zhejiang Province, the paper gives out a specific index framework for evaluating technology progress in count - based administrative region with the principle and method of systems theory. With the application of modern computing technology, such as mathematical statistics and datamining, an approach to the method for evaluating technology progress in count- based region is put forward with the characteristic of object-orient management and dynamic evaluation.
