等离子弧焊接过程数值模拟的现状及发展

摘　　要：以等离子弧焊接过程为对象,分别从焊接电弧和焊接熔池的角度,概括了近年来等离子弧焊接电弧及熔池数值模拟领域取得的一些进展,分析了现有数学模型中存在的问题,提出了今后的发展方向。Taking the plasma arc welding process as subject, this paper summarized some progress achieved on the simulation of welding arc and welding pool during plasma arc welding process. Furthermore, the disadvantages in existing models were analyzed and the trend of development was indicated.
