摘  要:阐述了用于连铸辊带极埋弧堆焊烧结焊剂SJ315的研制过程,此焊剂与新开发的焊带H0Cr13Ni4MoN匹配堆焊连铸辊,焊接工艺性能和冶金性能良好,堆焊金属力学性能比用传统1Cr13系材料堆焊有明显提高,实际应用效果显著,取得了良好经济效益。Developing process of agglomerated flux SJ315 used for strip surfacing continuous casting roller was mainly introduced. The usability and metallurgical properties of the flux are excellent, matched with the freshly designed strip electrode H0Cr13Ni4MoN. The mechanical properties of deposited metal are better than those achieved by means of using conventional welding materials such as 1Cr13 series and the applicability is prominent and economic benefits are awarded user.
