刻克痒搽剂止痒机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨刻克痒搽剂的止痒及消肿机制。方法:Schultz-dale反应、抗组胺止痒试验、角膜表面麻醉试验。结果:刻克痒搽剂原液、0·5倍稀释液及2倍浓缩液均能极显著地抑制卵蛋白致敏豚鼠离体回肠肌的过敏性收缩反应(P<0·01);对豚鼠足背组胺致痒阈有非常显著的提高作用(P<0·01);对豚鼠角膜具有显著的表面麻醉作用(P<0·05和P<0·01),上述试验均呈明显的剂量依赖性。结论:刻克痒搽剂的止痒和消肿机制可能与其抗Ⅰ型超敏反应减少组胺等活性物质释放,提高皮肤组胺致痒阈和表面麻醉作用有关。Objective： Study on alleviating pruritus and deswelling mechanisms of Kekeyang liniment. Methods： Schultz-dale reaction, antihistamine alleviating pruritus test and cornea surface anesthesia test. Results：The Kekeyang undiluted liquid, 0.5 times diluent and two times concentrated solution all can inhibit evidently extracorporeal ileum muscles＇ hypersensitive contractility reaction of Guinea pig sensitized by albumin （P〈0.01） ; They can evidently improve the threshold of pruritus caused by histamine on Guinea pig＇s dorsum of foot（P〈0.01）and also have evident surface anesthesia effect to Guinea pig＇s cornea（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. These tests are all dosage dependent. Conclusion： Alleviating pruritus and deswelling mechanisms of Kekeyang liniment should be in relation to reducing discharge of active substance including histamine through inhibiting Ⅰ type hypersensitivity, improving skin pruritus threshold caused by histamine and its surface anesthesia effect.
