摘　　要：论述中小企业的信息化进程与CAD技术的关系,阐明CAD在技术创新中的作用以及CAD技术的深化,指出从CAD应用工程走向企业信息化工程,是CAD技术深入应用的必然趋势。Computer aided design （ CAD ） is the important constitue section of the enterprised process. Disserts the relationship of the technique rebuilding and CAD technology, illustrats the effection of the CAD in the technique rebuilding and the deepgoing of CAD technology. It points out the process from CAD using enginering to enterprise information engineering, and CAD technology applied in-depth is the ineritableness tendency.
