摘 要:利用硝酸铜醇溶液和硝酸铜醇溶胶为前驱体,采用超临界干燥技术制备出了纳米CuO.并用XRD和TEM对产物的粒径和微观结构进行分析,结果表明,制得的CuO粒径为20~40 nm,用氨水调节pH值制成的CuO粒径更小.Using Cu( NO3 )2 ethanol solution and Cu( OH)2 sol as precursors respectively, the nanosized CuO products were prepared by a supercritical drying method. The particle size, morphology and structure of the products were characterized by XRD and TEM analyses. cles is within the range of 20 -40 nm. The particle size precursor sol using ammonia is smaller. The results show that the diameter of the nanoparticles is within the range of 20 - 40 nm. The particle size of CuO powder prepared by adjusting the pH value of precursor sol using ammonia is smaller.
