摘 要:第二代丙烯酸酯胶黏剂(SGA)由于具有室温快速固化和可进行带油表面的胶接等一系列优点,得到极大的推广应用。但其由于受氧化-还原催化固化体系的影响,也存在许多弊病,例如适用期短、贮存不稳定、一次性配胶量不能太多等,使其在很多技术领域内的应用受到限制。本研究针对铅酸电池行业壳体与口盖的胶接和极柱灌封需要,开发出一种新的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂氧化-还原催化固化体系,其特点是氧化-还原催化固化体系中的还原剂可在胶黏剂配制后就地生成且随着固化进程的开始,不断被消耗,从而可以保证整个固化进程平稳进行,当一次配胶量达到12 g时,固化时间为1 h,固化体系最高放热不超过50℃,从而圆满地实现了用氧化-还原催化剂固化的丙烯酸酯胶黏剂体系在灌封方面的应用。The second generation acrylate adhesives have been largely applied in the bonding field just because their advantages such as room curing and suitable for oleic surface bonding.Still,they have some disadvantages such as short pot life,not stability in long term store and not being applied with amount at one time, so their application have been restricted in stane places. For the need in the manufacture of Lead - acid battery,in this work, a new oxide - reduction system for catalytic curing is develeped. It has the following edvantages:the reducing agent in the reaction is produces continumssly and consumed in the curing reaction course, so the amount of the reducing agent in the reaction is kept lower level and that makes the whole curing course steady and smooth. At the case of the amount of the fomadated adhesive is 12g, its gel .time is lh and the most high temperature caused by the exothermic reaction is not higher than 50℃.Now, it is possible to use acrylate adhesives in the manufacture of Lead- acid storage battery.
