摘　　要：机械产品概念设计方案的评价与决策是其概念设计过程中的一个至关重要的问题,评价准则体系与评价决策模型是评价与决策过程中的2个核心问题.指出了概念设计方案评价决策的重要性与意义,介绍了顾客需求在评价决策中的重要性,给出了建立评价准则体系应遵循的原则、评价准则体系的递阶层次结构以及评价准则的量化方法,并介绍了现有的一些评价决策模型,最后指出了该评价决策过程的一般适用性.Evaluation and decision-making of conceptual design schemes of mechanical products is an essential problem in the process of its conceptual design, while the evaluation criterion system and evaluation and decision-making model are two core problems in the process of evaluation and decision-making. This paper points out the importance and the meanings of evaluation and decision-making for conceptual design schemes, introduces the importance of customer demands in the evaluation and decisionmaking, gives the principles for establishing evaluation criterion system, the hierarchical structure of evaluation criterion system, the quantifying methods of evaluation criteria, and introduces some present evaluation and decision-making models. Finally, this paper puts forward the applicability of the evaluat.ion and decision-making process.
