干化学试纸法与尿沉渣镜检法的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨干化学试纸法与尿沉渣镜检法检测尿液的临床应用价值。方法:采用尿干化学法及观察尿沉渣镜检情况,对我所前来就诊的孕妇尿液标本进行分析。结果:发现干化学试纸条在尿蛋白、尿潜血和尿白细胞的测定中均有假阳性和假阴性结果。结论:尿液分析仪检查的结果不能完全代替尿沉渣镜检,二者应为互补。Objective discussing the clinic application value of dry chemistry test paper method and urine deposit mirror inspecting method. Methods analyzing the urine stylebook of clinic women in our clinic by using urine dry chemistry test paper and urine deposit mirror inspecting method. Results covering the fake positive and negative result in test of inspecting urine albumen, blood and white blood cell on chemistry test paper. Conclusion the result using analysis equipment can not entirely replace that of urine deposit mirror inspecting method. The two reinforces each other.
