摘  要:目的:比较心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)与常用的急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断标志物肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)肌酸激酶(CK)的临床应用价值。采用27例AMI病人的血标本,同时检测cTnI和CK、CK-MB,然后两者进行比较。结果:cTnI对AMI诊断的敏感性和特异性高于CK、CK-MB,其敏感性分别为96.0%、85.2%、88.9%,P>0.05,特异性分别为100%、78.3%、86.0%,P<0.05。结论:cTnI对于AMI诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,是一种心肌损伤的特异性标志物,具有较好的临床使用价值。Objective To assess the implication of the levels of myocardial troponin-T Ⅰ(cTn Ⅰ)in the patient blood serum for the diagnosis of the acute myocardial infarction,we compare the altercations of the levels of cTn Ⅰ and creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isozymes (CK-MB), a well known indicative for the diagnosis of the acute myocardial infarction, during the acute myocardial infarction. Methods Collecting 27 blood serums from patients suffering the acute myocardial infarction,we measured the levels for cTnI,CK, CK-MB in serums at one time, then compared the altercations of their levels. Results In the specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of the acutemyocardial infarction,cTn Ⅰ was better than CK or CK-MB. Among these three indicative,their specificity was 100%, 78. 3%, 86.0%, respectively, their sensitivity was 96. 3 %, 85. 2%, 88. 1%, respectively. Conclusion cTn Ⅰ is better than CK or CK-MB not only in the specificity but also in sensitivity for the diagnosis of the acute myocardial infarction ,isspecific indicative of myocardial injury ,These results indicare that cTn Ⅰ is well implicated in the diagnosis of the acute myocardial infarction.
