“疣必平”对扁平疣患者皮损及细胞免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的初步探讨研究具有清热解毒、活血通络功效的“疣必平”治疗扁平疣的作用机理。方法将80例扁平疣患者随机分为试验组41例和对照组39例,分别给予“疣必平”和转移因子口服液,两组均以15天为1疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。并检测20例健康对照组与两组患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,以评价“疣必平”对扁平疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响。结果(1“)疣必平”治疗扁平疣的总有效率为了85.4%,优于转移因子口服液。(2“)疣必平”与转移因子口服液均能提高扁平疣患者外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值,且“疣必平”作用显著优于转移因子口服液(P<0.01)。结论“疣必平”以提高扁平疣患者细胞免疫功能,且有较好的疗效。Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of YouBiPing （YBP） which has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic material and promoting blood flow to remove obstruction. Methods 80 patients with Verruca Plana were divided randomly into the test group （41 cases） treated with Qu You Ye and the control group （39 cases） treated with Transfer Factor（TF） oral liquid. Both groups had been given two 15-day courses. In order to evaluate the cellular immunity, before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 were examined in two groups and compared with those in healthy group, Results There is 84.6% total efficiency of YBP, which is better than TF oral liquid in treating Verruca plana . Both Qu You Ye and Tforal liquid improved the percentage of CD3^＋ and C4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio. YBP increased more significantly than TF oral liquid （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions YBP can improve the cellular immunologic function of patients with verruca plana and have better curative effect than that of TF oral liquid.
