摘　　要：预算管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,是推行企业内部管理规范化和科学化的基础,也是促进企业各级经营管理人员自我约束、自我发展的有效途径。预算管理的考核指标是衡量预算管理的标准,所以,构建科学合理的业绩考核指标体系非常必要。Budget management is one of methods which are used inside to manage and control enterprises. It is also a system of management in modern enterprises, which reflects systematic, humanist ideas of management. So it is necessary to build scientific, rational index system.
