竞争光度法配体竞争体系络合平衡的研究

摘　　要：本文利用竞争光度法，从直接测定配体之一的平衡浓度着手，基于溶液中物种分布关系，拟订了一个测定竞争体系络合物稳定常数的新方法。方法简便可靠，用于２－（５－溴－２－吡啶偶氮）－５－二乙胺基苯酚和邻菲啉竞争铅（Ⅱ）的体系获得满意的结果。Beginning with the direct determintionof the free concentration of one of the two lig-ands and based on the distribution of speciesin a solution,a new competitive spectropho-tometric method has been developed to allowthe study on the complexation equilibria in adual ligand ,single metal system. Thismethod is simple and reliable,it has alreadybeen used in the system in which 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol competeswith o-phenanthroline for lead(Ⅱ ),and statis-factory tesults were obtained.
