摘  要:本文从工程应用的角度讨论了工业实验电磁软接触连铸结晶器结构参数对结晶器内部磁场的影响规律,进而确定工业实验结晶器结构参数范围:当分瓣数大于40时,最大磁感应强度随分瓣数增加的幅度不大;切缝宽大于0.8 mm时,切缝宽度对磁感应强度影响不明显;缝长长于线圈两端各40 mm,就可解决结晶器铜管磁屏蔽问题。本文还发现若线圈外部存在良导电体部件,将会降低钢液表面磁感应强度达50%。The influences for the variations of the structure parameters for a electromagnetic soft-contact mold on the electromagnetic field are studied for the engineering design. After that, the structure parameters of electromagnetic soft-contact mold for industrial test results are given: the maximum value of magnetic flux density enlarges little with increasing slit number when slit number is larger than 40. And the width of the slits has no obvious influence on the magnetic flux density in the mold when it is larger than 0.8mm. As long as the slits are 40mm longer than coil in both direction, the magnetic field in the mold will not be affected by the mold greatly. It also finds that the magnetic flux density on the billet surface can be decreased 50% when good conductor is near the coil.
