摘 要:分别采用连续相萃取法、溶剂萃取法和减压加热法去除纳曲酮微球中残留二氯甲烷,并对经减压加热法处理的微球进行体外释药试验。结果表明,65℃、100Pa加热48h能使微球中二氯甲烷的残留量低于0.06%,但初期释药量较多。Continuous phase extraction method, solvent extraction method and reduced pressure heating method were applied to remove the residual dichloromethane in naltrexone microspheres, respectively. The in vitro release of the naltrexone microspheres treated by the reduced pressure heating method was evaluated. The results indicated that the amount of dichloromethane in naltrexone microspheres heated at 65℃ and 100Pa for 48h could be significantly decreased to 0.06%. But a larger amount of naltrexone was released from microspheres at the early stage of the releasing process.
