摘  要:Cyclosporin A solid dispersion particles containing lactose, pregelatinized starch and microcrystalline cellulose respectively were prepared by wet granulation method. The hygroscopic behavior, bulk density and angle of repose of these particles were investigated. The results showed that the three fillers could increase the bulk density and flowability.
