摘 要:根据10.00R20型全钢载重子午线轮胎的实际结构,考察了轮胎的材料非线性、接触非线性以及大变形等力学特性,利用加强筋单元模拟了钢丝帘线/橡胶复合材料,建立了子午线轮胎的非线性有限元分析模型,分析了轮胎在充气压力及垂直载荷下接地印痕上的压力分布、剪应力、摩擦应力、接触及变形情况。结果表明,轮胎静态接地印痕上的压力分布是不均匀的,压力分布呈中部小、两端高的马鞍形;剪应力分布也不均匀,在胎肩部位剪应力较大;带束层边缘应变能密度较大。The mechanical properties of tire, such as material non-linearity, contact non-linearity and high deformation, were investigated according to the actual structure of 10.00 R 20 all steel radial truck tire. The non-linear finite element model of tire was established based on rebar element for simulating cord/rubber composites. The distribution of contact normal force, shear stress and contact friction stress at tire-pavement contact patch, contact traction contours and deformed configuration of tire under inflation pressure and vertical axle load were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of contact normal force at tire-pavement contact patch under vertical axle load was not even, just as a saddle, which showed that the forces in the middle of footprint contact were smaller than those of outside of footprint contact. And the distributions of shear stress were not even either. The shear stresses in shoulders were larger. The strain energy densities of the regions around the belt edges were larger.
