摘  要:The photovoltaic features and photo-induced interfacial charge transfer of CuPc-modified Q-CdS films were investigated by surface photovoltage spectra and optical absorption spectra. The results show that the interfacial chaxge transfer and photosensitization between cuPc and Q-cds occur under inuAnnation.
